Review: "My Sister the Vampire: Re-vamped" by Sienna Mercer

Re-Vamped is book #3 in this series.

Now that Ivy and Olivia have told their friends that they're twins, they have to come clean to their adoptive parents. But Ivy’s dad doesn’t even want to meet Olivia! When the vampire officials realize Olivia knows the truth about vampires, they demand she pass three tests to prove she is worthy of sharing the secret. Yikes! One thing's for sure, if the sisters can get through this, they can get through anything! I really liked the way the author had Olivia and Ivy meet. I would definitely recommend this book. I would recommend this book for children ages 8-13.

Review: "The Dragon in the Sock Drawer" by Kate Klimo

Jesse and Daisy, two 10 year olds, have always wanted something magical to happen to them. So it’s a dream come true when Jesse’s newly found thunder egg hatches and a helpless, tiny baby dragon pops out. Jesse names the dragon Emmy, short for Emerald. Soon the two kids are trying to figure out what to feed them. Jesse and Daisy find out that the little dragon hatching means they are now Dragon Keepers. Not only do they have to take care of Emmy, but they also have to protect Emmy from the villainous Saint George. This is a good book for children ages 7-15. This is a cute book. I would definitely recommend this book.
